We make several attempts at renewing your subscription, however when a payment fails repeatedly your service is placed on-hold until your payment method is updated.
To reactivate your service, follow these instructions:
- Log into the Bins So Clean My Account portal and go to the Orders tab, or click here to be taken directly to the Orders tab.
- Find the order with the status of Pending Payment, then click on the Pay link.
- Complete the checkout process, confirming your information and entering a new payment method.
Once your order is paid, your service will be reactivated and you’ll be added back to the Bins So Clean schedule!
