To change or update the payment method associated with your subscription:
- Visit the Subscriptions tab of your Account portal (click here to go directly to the Subscriptions tab).
- Next to the Subscription you want to update, click “View”
- On the Subscription screen, click the “Change Payment” button.
- Select “Use New Payment Method”, enter your new card details, then click “Change Payment Method”
That’s it! Your subscription will now use the new payment method you’ve entered.
Please Note: If your renewal payment failed and your service was put on-hold, you will need to reactivate your service first. Please see the FAQ titled “My renewal payment failed and my service was put on-hold. How do I reactivate my service?” for instructions on reactivating your subscription.
